AYSO Palmdale Needs You!

AYSO is powered by volunteers: more than 220,000 people nationwide who make it possible for every child to play. Here in Palmdale, our community is made stronger by parents, siblings, grandparents, former players, and neighbors who give their time to create a fun, safe, and meaningful soccer experience for all kids.

Many volunteers stay involved long after their own children have moved on because they see the value in what AYSO brings to families and our community. Volunteering with AYSO is truly a family affair; parents, teens, and even grandparents can all contribute and model the importance of community service.

While coaching and refereeing are the most visible roles, there are plenty of other ways to help! Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you in our program. Every volunteer matters, and every role makes a difference.
